COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:

The COVID-19 cancellation policy will override our other cancellation policies on this web-site in case of a change of alert levels by the government.
If your travel plans need to be cancelled due to a change of alert levels, you will be able to cancel your booking free of charge.
We want you and the community to keep safe and enjoy our beautiful area without the virus in your mind.
Please consider postponing your booking rather than cancelling it. We love to host you and share these pristine surroundings with you. Please contact us to confirm.

Cancellation Policy for Chalet and Studio:

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival forfeits 25% of the total booking price
Cancellation within 14 days if arrival forfeits 50% of the total booking price
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival forfeits 100% of the total booking price

Please note, during the July school holidays we only accept weekly bookings with check in on Saturdays for the Chalet.
