Policies

**Payment Policy:**

To confirm your booking, a valid credit card is required. Although we don't require a deposit to secure your reservation, we do need your credit card details at time of booking.
The full payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival and will be charged to the credit card on file.
All tariffs include New Zealand 15% Goods and Services Tax.
Deposit and balance payments may vary for packages and specials. Please refer to our website for specific details.

All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.

**Cancellation Policy:**

Bookings up to 3 Nights:
7 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
2 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Bookings from 4 Nights
30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

All prices are accommodation only unless stated differently.
If booked via channel managers, cancellation policy of the booking site through which the booking was made will apply.
